Order Cancellations
Because our attars are allocated and prepared meticulously, we begin processing prepaid orders almost immediately.
- Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will accommodate the cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
